P6 Sends – Native American Heritage Month

Panther Paratroopers, Families and friends

Native Americans have made profound impacts on the culture, character and success of the Panther Brigade. As we observe Native American Heritage Month, CSM Teakell and I thank all of our Paratroopers with Native American Heritage for their dedication and commitment to excellence.

The Panther Brigade stands strong thanks to the diversity within our ranks and I encourage leaders at all levels to express their appreciation for the contributions Native American Soldiers, veterans, civilians and Family members have made to accomplishing our mission.

Numerous events will occur on Fort Bragg in observance of Native American Heritage Month during the month of November. Consider attending and participating in these events to broaden your understanding and appreciation of Native American culture and its contributions to the strength of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.

Artillery Paratroopers, Aviators Conduct Air Assault

Artillery paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division conducted sling load operations and a live-fire exercise Oct. 24, 2018 on Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
